🌟 Staff Spotlight: Nancy🌟

Nancy is our Pennsburg Office Manager & Notary Public. She has been part of the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory family since 2010. She joined our team when her youngest son started preschool and quickly became an essential part of daily life at our Pennsburg location. Before joining us, Nancy worked at the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce — an experience that deepened her strong community connections.

A proud Navy veteran, Nancy served four years in the U.S. Navy, where she met her husband, Chris, who was serving in the Marine Corps. After Chris’s enlistment ended in 2002, they settled near his hometown in the Bally area, where they raised their three children.

Nancy is the first kind and empathetic voice you’ll often hear when you call our office. She approaches every family she serves with genuine care, compassion, and integrity. Her dedication and warmth make her a true superstar and an integral part of our team.

Someone recently asked, “Why do you mail invitations to homes offering a free lunch?”

The simple answer is, because we believe so strongly in the benefits of preplanning your funeral or cremation ceremony that we want to make it as easy and comfortable as possible to learn about it.

Our Lunch & Learn gatherings are just one of the ways we share this message. We also meet families one-on-one, speak at local organizations, and provide online resources; all with the same goal: to help you create a personalized plan, and make informed decisions today that will make a difficult time easier tomorrow.

We dont want this information to be a secret that only those that reach out to us directly know about…we shout it from the mountaintop!! ❤️

To our local heroes: the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and dispatchers who answer every call, thank you for your courage, dedication, and sacrifice. Your commitment to keeping our communities safe does not go unnoticed. 🚒🚓🚑📞

Today marks National Day of the Deployed, a time to recognize the brave men and women currently serving or who have served our nation away from their families and homes.
Today, we especially honor our local heroes and send heartfelt appreciation to families of the deployed for navigating the challenges and sacrifices that deployment brings.

Did you know that Northampton Community College offers the only funeral service education program in eastern PA?

Today, Jamie and Angela Connell visited the college to meet the incredible students who are pursuing their calling. The Jamie & Angela Connell Scholarship was created to help relieve some of the financial burden of tuition so funeral service students are able to focus on learning.

The Connell family is proud to support NCC and the dedicated students as they prepare to serve families with care, dignity, and respect. 📚 🎓 ❤️
