Family Caregivers Network Family Caregivers Network is a non-medical licensed home care agency in PA offering home care to seniors.

Our certified nurse aides, homemakers, companions, and live-in caregivers provides home care to seniors in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Lehigh counties. Our Geriatric Care Managers assist families with long term care planning to help seniors age in place. Our Philips Lifeline Medic Alert Systems and Medication machines ensure help at a moment's notice and delivery of the right medicine every time. Activities we assist with include, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation, errands, respite, long term care planning, patient advocacy. In addition our Family Caregiver Support Groups offer support and resources to families.

$100 per day Saturday and Sunday. $200 total guaranteed for being available every other weekend. $17.00 per hour for visits made while on call. Must be available for short shifts, 12-hour cases, live-ins, and overnights if there are employee call-outs.

1 Year of Home Care experience
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Car Insurance
Reliable Vehicle
Background Check
Pre- Employment Drug Screening
Valid PPD

Aimee joined Family Caregivers Network in January 2024 and has quickly become a shining star on our team. A recent graduate of the FCN Caregiver Academy, Aimee didn’t stop there—she continued her professional journey by completing our Memory Matters program and is now a Certified Dementia Care Aide through the Alzheimer’s Association.

Aimee’s compassion, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients truly set her apart. She brings warmth, patience, and a sense of calm to every home she enters, and both her clients and peers consistently share how grateful they are for her care.

✨ Make health a priority in your family and include your kids in healthy activities you will enjoy together! ⛱🏞

• Keep your bodies moving - Choose activities to do with your family that you enjoy, like hiking or gardening.
• Meal Plan together - Focus on healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Include everyone in the process.
• Make Prevention a priority - Early detection can be done with regular checkups.
• Focus on your mental health - Make quiet hours for relaxing activities together in the home a routine.
