Family Caregivers Network is a non-medical licensed home care agency in PA offering home care to seniors.

Our certified nurse aides, homemakers, companions, and live-in caregivers provides home care to seniors in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Lehigh counties. Our Geriatric Care Managers assist families with long term care planning to help seniors age in place. Our Philips Lifeline Medic Alert Systems and Medication machines ensure help at a moment's notice and delivery of the right medicine every time. Activities we assist with include, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation, errands, respite, long term care planning, patient advocacy. In addition our Family Caregiver Support Groups offer support and resources to families.

This November marks 25 years since Family Caregivers Network first opened its doors—or more fittingly, began coming to yours. 💕

Founded by Gerry Fioriglio, RN, who spent her life caring for others, FCN was born from her own personal experience caring for aging loved ones. As her mother aged, Gerry became her long-distance caregiver and she quickly recognized the need for greater resources and support for caregivers in the community. With a mission to ease the stress of caregiving and help loved ones age safely at home, Family Caregivers Network took root.

🌟 September is National Hunger Action Month! 🌟

At Family Caregivers Network, we believe in caring for more than just our clients—we care for our entire community. Hunger impacts families right here in our neighborhoods, and together we can make a difference. 💛

We’re collecting non-perishable food and essential items in the lobby of our Pennsburg office throughout the months of September and October. All donations will be delivered to local food pantries to help support families in need.

Today, Family Caregivers Network employees, families, and friends gathered at Coca-Cola Park to celebrate our 25th Anniversary Company Picnic. It was the perfect way to mark 25 years of providing trusted care and support—surrounded by laughter, teamwork, and community spirit.

From cheering in the stands to sharing great food and memories, it was more than just a picnic—it was a celebration of everything that makes FCN special: our people, our families, and our commitment to caring for others. 💙

Now Hiring an On-Call Every Other Weekend

$100 per day Saturday and Sunday. $200 total guaranteed for being available every other weekend. $17.00 per hour for visits made while on call. Must be available for short shifts, 12-hour cases, live-ins, and overnights if there are employee call-outs.

Requirements:
1 Year of Home Care experience
Valid Driver’s License
Valid Car Insurance
Reliable Vehicle
Background Check
Pre- Employment Drug Screening
Valid PPD
