Family Caregivers Network Family Caregivers Network is a non-medical licensed home care agency in PA offering home care to seniors.

Our certified nurse aides, homemakers, companions, and live-in caregivers provides home care to seniors in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Lehigh counties. Our Geriatric Care Managers assist families with long term care planning to help seniors age in place. Our Philips Lifeline Medic Alert Systems and Medication machines ensure help at a moment's notice and delivery of the right medicine every time. Activities we assist with include, bathing, dressing, meals, transportation, errands, respite, long term care planning, patient advocacy. In addition our Family Caregiver Support Groups offer support and resources to families.

Ruby recently stopped by Tribe Nutrition while looking for a healthy lunch spot for some of our staff, and it definitely did not disappoint! Their heart-healthy shakes and snacks make for a delicious and nutritious option right in town.

Education doesn’t just change one life—it strengthens entire communities.

Inspired by leaders like Michelle Obama, we believe access to meaningful education should never be a barrier for those who want to make a difference.

At Family Caregivers Network, that belief helped inspire the creation of our Caregiver Academy, a program designed to make quality caregiver training accessible to our community. While caregiving is a profession filled with incredible women, this program exists to support anyone with the passion to care for others. No one should have to face hurdles to learn and improve themselves and when caregivers are educated, supported, and empowered, the entire community benefits.

At a time when professional nursing standards are being challenged and recognition of advanced training is shifting, it’s more important than ever to remember how far this profession has come — and why advanced healthcare education matters for all of us.

Before Florence Nightingale (1820-1910), nurses often worked without formal training or proper sanitation standards. Through education, research, and an unwavering commitment to patient care, she helped transform nursing into the respected profession it is today. Her legacy reminds us that better-trained nurses lead to better outcomes for everyone.

At Family Caregivers Network, we carry that belief forward. Through our Caregiver Academy, we invest in education and support. We know that when caregivers are trained, valued, and empowered, our entire community is healthier. 💙

Congratulations to our 2025 Caregiver of the Year, Amanda Mallon! Amanda is a kind and reliable caregiver who truly shows dedication to her profession every day. Since joining Family Caregivers Network in November 2024, she has completed the Caregiver Academy training, continuing to grow as a leader in the field of caregiving.

Beyond the wonderful care she provides, Amanda is also a valued member of our team. We are so grateful to have her and proud to recognize her hard work and compassion.

Family Caregivers Network is thrilled to celebrate Shayla Williams, one of our outstanding caregivers, for her exceptional compassion and dedication to the clients she serves. 🌟

Shayla joined the FCN team in 2023 and is a recent graduate of our Caregiver Academy program! Her kindness, reliability, and professionalism shine through in everything she does — our clients consistently share how much they appreciate her caring heart and positive spirit. 💙

But that’s not all — Shayla is also an incredibly talented baker! 🍰 She’s wowed us all by creating some of the most beautiful (and delicious!) cakes for FCN events.
