~Therapeutic Swedish Massage – Helps relieve pain, reduces stress, and works on specific problems. (30,60,90, or 120 min session)
~Weight Loss Massage – Aids the body in getting rid of excess fat, reduces cellulite and improves digestion. (60 min session)
~Dry Brush Massage – Helps get rid of dry flaky skin, increases circulation, detoxifies, helps digestion and gently dissolves cellulite by breaking up fat deposits and preventing new cellulite from forming. (60 min session)
~Hot Stone Massage – Helps you relax, eases tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. Movement of Qi is stimulated, and the effects of stress are eliminated, and healing is facilitated. Aids in releasing toxins, relieving pain and improves circulation. (90 min session)
~Reflexology Session – Therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your hands and feet. Reflexology’s purpose is to work to improve gland, organ, and to promote a response from the soft tissue stimulated through the nervous system and the meridians. (60 or 90 min session)
~Prenatal Massage ( 2nd & 3rd Trimester Only) – Helps reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches/joint pains, and improve labor outcomes & newborn health. (60 or 90 min session)
~Cold Stone Sinus Relief with Scalp Massage – Performed using smooth marble stones that are chilled. It effectively treats inflammation, redness, facial tension lines, sinus tension relief, TMJ, Headaches and Stress. (60 min session)
~Reiki Session – Therapy relating to energy healing. It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client. (60 min session)
~Oncology Massage – Uses light touch and slow, steady movements, working with the central nervous system to help the body relax. Massage can aid in helping the body with many temporary side effects of chemotherapy, radiation, lowering anxiety, pain, decrease nausea, and improve energy. (60 min session)
