What does a General Health visit entail? Your appointment will include:

✅A review of your medical history
✅A discussion of any symptoms or concerns you may have
✅Sending medications to your pharmacy, if needed

Ramona Hernandez, MSN, APN, FNP-BC started her nursing career in 2013, gaining many years of experience in the challenging Emergency Department environment. Her experience has allowed her to refine her skills and develop a deep understanding of the importance of providing individuals with the tools they need to address their health needs proactively and prevent avoidable complications.
