✨ Start the New Year with Gratitude ✨

We invite you to join us for our January Gratitude Challenge throughout the month of January. This challenge is all about slowing down, reflecting, and beginning the year with intention and appreciation.

Each day in January, take a moment to write down one thing you’re grateful for. Choose a time of day that works best for you—morning, afternoon, or evening—and try to stay consistent as you build a daily gratitude habit. There’s no right or wrong way to do this; what matters most is showing up for yourself.

You’re welcome to use the gratitude worksheet, a notebook, your phone, or create your own simple list—whatever makes this practice accessible and meaningful to you.

📄 Download the Gratitude Worksheet (PDF):

📝 Submit your completed challenge here:

⏰ Submissions are due by February 4th.
🎁 One participant will be randomly selected to win a gift card.

At the end of the month, we encourage you to reflect on your list and notice how practicing gratitude may have impacted your mindset, mood, or recovery journey.

Great way to start the new year!
