We love Pensacola Beach.
We Adore the Hilton Pensacola Beach
We love our Pensacola community.
We love how, even though it gets a bad rep, we can find beauty and perks in social media. 💙
We are enamored by yoga.
We are in awe of our community and how much it is constantly trying to be better through the practice of yoga, health and celebrating Mother Earth.

We are humbled with gratitude that so many of you have asked us to extend some guidance in this time of need and self containment. 🙏💓

I Love how many of you are choosing to Move in healthy ways during this time. I Love how many of you are choosing to Breathe and meditate.
And I Love Love Love how many of you have reached out to me to film a class or host a (social distancing) class.

I have Amazing news. I was asked by the Hilton Pensacola Beach to film a Beach Yoga class earlier this week. We will be posting it very soon so stay tuned!

For my, not exactly yogic, but need movement Bootcamp style peeps...
I live downtown across from a Beautiful park and field. I will be hosting a few classes (bootcamp, YoBoo, Yoga, and a Meditation), that will Honor 10 ft radius social distancing.

All Free of Charge! I know many of us are out of jobs, and will see harder times before greater times.
