Ok, WE’RE BACK FOR AUGUST!
My Great Release is the somatic movement class that allows you to explore your inner world. Release what no longer serves you in a supportive space of nervous system regulation.

Speaking of “nervous system regulation…” to me this is not a buzz word. It’s the focus of my career as an occupational therapist, and I’ve been so thrilled to share what I know about somatosensory healing with you all.

Come as you are. Skilled adaptations are available for all abilities.
