🤸‍♀️ Applications are now open for the 2026 Summer Youth Employment Program!

Spend your summer moving forward with Escambia County's Summer Youth Employment Program! This program is open to Escambia County youth ages 16-24 and designed to help them gain valuable on-the-job experience while working toward their future career goals.

Qualified youth who are accepted into the program will be able to work up to 30 hours a week at $14 per hour, with positions available in various county departments along with the Escambia County Property Appraiser and Tax Collector's Office. Participants will also receive job readiness training prior to job placement as well as post-employment briefings.

A limited number of positions are available, so don't wait to apply! Online applications are available at https://myescambia.com/syep now until 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27.
