Not to get “shredded” in 6 weeks.
Not to be “bikini ready” by summer.
Not for a trip, big event or whatever else puts pressure on me and steals my peace & joy in this journey.

It took me over 20 yrs of loving fitness and doing everything under the sun to be healthy, fit and strong - for me to realize there’s no rush.

And what a relief!!

To let go of a timeline..

Because the lie that you can build your best body in “x” amount of time can leave you questioning everything when it doesn’t happen.

And we wonder why so many women reach midlife with a lack of trust in themselves and second-guessing every last thing they’re doing.

If you needed permission to be present. To take your time.
To do this in a way that is simple, enjoyable and empowering..

This is your sign 🩷

Ditch the timeline.
Lock in on the basics.
And have FUN!!

There will always be another trip. Another event. Another fill in the blank.

Most of the women that start working with me that are trying to lose weight are already making pretty healthy food choices.

But healthy eating alone doesn’t guarantee fat loss.
