11:30AM — Restorative Yoga Teacher Training
with Swan Michelle
(8-Hour | Yoga Alliance Accredited)
You do not need to be a 200-hour instructor to attend. This training is open to everyone who wants to deepen their understanding of restorative practice. Teachers, students, curious humans — all welcome.
6:15PM — Sound Bath
Hosted by Swan Michelle
Open to restorative trainees and the general public. A spacious close to the day. Come settle.

Our monthly gathering of movement, meditation, and community connection. This initiative exists because we believe community health creates community wealth. We are building something intentional here in Pensacola.
