This morning's class was a much needed reminder of my love for yoga and the privilege of getting to share that with others.
Seeing people sharing space with open hearts is an inspiring experience. And observing them feel rejuvenated and refreshed with bright smiles at the end of their practice is what drives me to continue offering. I rarely get to teach or practice these days, so these moments hold so much meaning for me.
Thank you to Felipe at Empathic Practice for allowing me to share my passion with our community. I am truly thankful. 🙏🏽✨
