This month’s Breathe to Heal experience is centered around The Mother Within —the part of you that knows how to nurture, support, and care for yourself… even in the moments you’ve felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin.
In honor of Mother’s Day, this journey is an invitation to explore what it means to be supported—whether through the love you’ve received, the love you’ve longed for, or the love you are learning to give yourself.
Through the breath, you’ll be invited to:
• Soften the body and quiet the mind
• Release stored tension and emotional weight
• Reconnect with a sense of safety and support
• Cultivate self-compassion and inner resilience
This isn’t about doing it perfectly.
It’s about allowing yourself to receive.
You may experience:
• A deep sense of relaxation and grounding
• Emotional release or clarity
• Tingling or waves of energy through the body
• A quiet, steady feeling of coming back to center
No experience is needed—you’ll be guided every step of the way.
This is your time to:
• Pause and breathe
• Let go of what you’ve been carrying
• Reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way
