I am so honored to have had the opportunity to speak to some amazing young ladies at the My Selfie Has No Filter Summer Camp this June! 💜

I chose to speak on a message that’s close to my heart “My No Is Not Negotiable” because these young women deserve to know that their voice, their boundaries, and their worth matter.

Thank you so much to Erica for allowing me the space to pour into these girls and to her incredible staff for all they do to empower and uplift them. Your work is truly transformative.

What an incredible honor it was to be a part of the DIO Black Business Expo with my beloved AKA chapter 💕💚 I’m walking away filled with gratitude, inspiration, and a heart full of connections.

Every handshake, every conversation, every shared dream reminded me why community matters and why purpose-driven work will always make room for us at the table.

Today, we pause to honor Juneteenth. A sacred day marking the emancipation of the last enslaved African Americans in 1865.

It is a day of freedom, resilience, and the ongoing journey toward healing and justice.

At Be Still Therapy, we believe in the power of truth, rest, and restoration. As we reflect on the weight of generational trauma, we also celebrate the strength, dignity, and beauty of Black history and culture.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” – 2 Corinthians 3:17
