Chrysalis Health is in the process of transferring our phone lines to their business so the lines are down at the moment. The numbers will remain the same but they are down at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are using text now to communicate with clients about Mondays appts.

Hello All and happy Halloween
Today marks the end of a 29 year run for Florida Therapy Services, inc. Tomorrow we merge with Chrysalis Health. Florida Therapy Services Pensacola, has greatly enjoyed serving you over the past 12 years, and we look forward to serving you moving forward as Chrysalis Health. Please feel free to stop by the office this week to enjoy a cupcake, as well as sign consents, and any other documentation you may need to complete. This page will be disabled im a few days. We are including Chrysalis healths page link, if you’d like to join us there. Again, we enjoyed serving you as Florida therapy Services and look forward to serving you in the future as Chrysalis Health.

Dear clients
Florida therapy services inc will be merging with Chrysalis Health as of 11/01/23.

Florida Therapy Services Pensacola has been honored to serve you for the past 12 years.
If you’re a current client please contact us to sign new paperwork to become a Chrysalis Health client. Have no fear. Most staff will remain the same. Please call us if you have questions.

On October 31, we will provide the FB information for Chrysalis health should you wish to follow us there and this page will be disabled.
