Consistent, adequate intake is one of the most practical ways to support stable blood glucose.

Skipping meals or going long periods without eating often leads to:

𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐠𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐞 can 𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 any𝘰𝘯𝘦.

Those drops and spikes trigger more cortisol — meaning more cravings, more fat storage (especially around the midsection), disrupted hunger hormones like ghrelin and leptin, and a mood that's anything but pleasant by 5pm.⁣

Consistent, adequate intake is one of the simplest ways to keep that from happening. I also like to prioritize protein at meals, so on days like today... Pre-made protein shakes are a great option. ⁣

My love for cooking began at age 5 years old, in the kitchen with my mother, watching my grandmother make tortillas and bread by hand in Guerrero, Mexico. ⁣
