Why does my milk smell sour?
Why won’t my baby take milk from a bottle?
It could be due to high lipase milk.

If supply is low due to other issues, herbal supplements alone will not help increase supply.

I know this is very common advice given to moms from other providers. I get the concept and yes it’s sustainable for 24-48 hours. BUT, the problem is no one typically tells you when to stop or tries to solve the problem that led to triple feeding.
There are SO many other options. Of course everyone’s situation is different. But if you are stuck in this endless cycle of pump, feed, supplement reach out so we can get you a plan that involves less stress and a tiny bit more sleep!

2. You (and partner) can retain more info before sleep deprivation sets in 💤
3. You will be way more prepared for the hospital days than those who don’t take a prenatal class 🏥
