Before macros, I was stuck in the cycle—yo-yo dieting, zero energy, and always feeling behind. I couldn’t keep up with my kids, and I knew deep down something had to change. I was tired of quick fixes. I needed something that actually worked—and lasted.

When I started tracking macros, it wasn’t easy. I had to learn how to hit my numbers, how to pre-plan, and how to make it work for real life. But with the right support and strategy, everything changed.
