We’re thrilled to introduce Jack Minard, FNP-C, our newest provider at Evolve Medical. Jack is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in both adult and pediatric care, and he brings a special passion for weight loss management.

Jack graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and continued on to receive his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. He’s worked in internal medicine, pediatric primary care, and now focuses his expertise in obesity medicine—helping patients prevent and reverse chronic conditions with compassionate, science-backed care.

He views his patient relationships as true partnerships, and he’s especially passionate about filling the gap in pediatric weight loss care, where support is so often lacking.
