One year later, Memorial Day weekend takes on a new personal meaning for many. He is remembered by so many people. We remember his uniqueness and the good memories he left behind. And we remember that he is currently enjoying everlasting peace.

Procedures for the military honors burial on base:

Immediately following the funeral service, we will individually drive to & meet at the Warrington Satellite Campus of Olive Baptist church near the main gate of Naval Airstation Pensacola. (we were unable to obtain a police es**rt so we have to regroup at this location)

We will then be directed by Faith Chapel workers to form a processional behind the hurst vehicle at this location.

No ID's or passes will be required at the main gate by anyone driving in the processional.

We will be led to a new pavilion for a military honors ceremony.

EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK

Only 10 people (primarily family members)and the initial pallbearers will enter the pavilion. All others will stand directly outside the pavilion.

Funeral services will be held at Faith Chapel Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 9th. Viewing opens to the public at 10 am, the service begins at 11 am.
