3 young ladies eye know personally have attempted and succumbed to suicidal thoughts and depression which has gotten the best of them just this past 2 weeks .
Mental Health and depression is a serious focus of attention and directive every day , and this week campaigning hard to advocate for open dialogue for ways to cope and manage these symptoms.
Any and every single one of you dealing with depression and or mental health issues , know will get thru this.
I want you to start a 21 day affirmations challenge starting today. Everyday 3 times a day, start saying these positive affirmations every single day.
Speak it with conviction and purest intentions. Meditation, getting in some sun, which will allow you to step outside yourself and dive into the triggers of your depressive states.
Creating and creative expression is a good release and know a disciplined regimen to balance these waves that inevitably come consistently, will eventually help you manage.
Repeat this 3 times a day. Speak into your water, speak into ur core and align those words with adamant intention to be in a space of healing and overcoming . Remember you are not alone
1. My sadness and my depression do not define me
2. I don’t have to be productive to see value in myself
3. I am resilient in the face of any challenge
4.I am in charge of my life, and my happiness and I feel happy and content
5.Not everybody will understand my situation, and it is okay
6. I am much more than what I think I am
7.Every day is a gift, and I am blessed to see today.
8. I will see tomorrow and the next and bless them too
9. I have made it this far, and I won’t stop now
10.I am loved and appreciated even when it seems like I’m not
11. I am a work in progress, and I welcome every positive change.
12. The darkness is in the past, and I open my eyes to new beginnings
13. I am more than what people think I am, and my thoughts do not shape my life
14. I am needed regardless of how worthless I feel
15. Everything will work out perfect for me, and I will watch it unfold
16. I forgive myself, and I don’t blame myself for my current situation
17. It’s in my head. It won’t last forever, and I will come out stronger
18. I deserve love, joy, and happiness.
19. I deserve everything goodI don’t have anything to prove to myself or anybody else.
20. I am enough, and that is okayThis darkness won’t last forever
21. I am not perfect, and it is okay. I forgive myself and everyone for not being perfect. We are enough, and that is all that countsI love myself, and I am happy !!!
