Restaurant menus are full of temptations, but hidden in there are plenty of opportunities to fuel your goals.

For example, on Saturday mornings I like to go out to eat for breakfast before hitting the gym. This morning I went to Waffle House and had the grilled chicken, egg whites and steamed hashbrowns.

Think lean proteins, fiber-filled sides, and mindful portions. With a little intention, you can walk away full and feeling good about it. 💪🏼
