I often get referrals to see infants babies for lip/tongue tie issues, Torticollis, and Plagiocephaly/Brachycephaly…or sometimes just to give babies a nice bodywork tuneup after delivery. 🧡

Hey, folks. I sent out emails today regarding a price change to my longer sessions. This affects 90-minute appointments in the office and all my outcalls. The new price for 90-minute sessions will be $145 starting 9/8. This is basically a $5 increase on those appointments. Please reach out with any questions.

Looking to branch out from traditional massage? One of my specialties is Thai-yoga bodywork. This modality combines massage, stretching, and movement. It utilizes more of the therapist's and client's body for more of a global approach to bodywork. Don't be intimidated by the thought of movement. You don't have to be super flexible, and this work (like any session) can be catered to YOUR specific comfort level and goals. It’s crunch time, and I’ve started to get requests for massage gift appointments for V-Day. I have ONE 60-minute appointment available on Friday at 8a, and Saturday is also full. I do have some other spots this week open on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. You can also snag a gift certificate for your loved one to schedule their own future appointment. It’s that time of year when everyone is making new resolutions or remembering to get back on their self care regimen after the chaos of the holidays. Now is a good time to go over the best ways to make sure you get an appointment with me:

1. The best way to get an appointment is to set up a repeating appointment that happens at your desired interval. This appointment magically repeats every 1/2/3/4 weeks at the same time. You can cancel individual appointments as needed. Clients who set up recurring appointments also get a discount of $5/hour on their services.

2. Set up your next appointment when you’re leaving the office. It’s even better if you can set up more than one(especially if you are wanting to come back in sooner than a month out or have a strict schedule).

3. Get on the cancellation list. It’s pretty common for my schedule to be full at least two weeks out, but I always have a cancellation list to fill spots as they open.
