On projection and avoidance....

A lot of people throw around a label to explain their pain — and yes, sometimes it’s accurate — but when it becomes the only explanation, it can be a shield against looking inward.

It’s easier to point at the other person’s flaws than to ask,

Why do I keep finding myself in these dynamics?

What is unhealed in me that makes this feel familiar or magnetic?

How can I strengthen my boundaries so this doesn’t repeat?

When people refuse to take responsibility for their own healing, the focus stays on blame instead of transformation. The real growth happens when we shift from "They’re the problem" to "Here’s how I can change the pattern."

I celebrate your and my continued look in the mirror 🪞 to Heal ourselves and how we view the World. Let us all step out of the Villian, Hero, Victim cycle.
