There are some massage therapists wondering why I offer packages at 40 percent off. Simple. Our economy stinks and everyone is hurting. This one of the many ways I give back. I asked them, Do they charge you full price for their massages? They said, yes. That's the difference. They give on occasion. I do this everyday.. All I ask is that you understand and respect company policy.

What's going on in July

July is named after Julius Caesar and is also known for a few things. It is a mental health awareness month so don't forget to keep that in check. I have a few tips to help with that. It's also Independence Day on the 4th. Take some time to relax and spend time with family and friends.

Let's talk about stress...

Each of us deals with stress and pain on some level. I am going to show you some ways to release endorphins in the body to help manage both.

What are endorphins? Endorphins are hormones that are released as the body's natural painkillers. Since we have a tendency to find ways to rid ourselves of stress and pain, I will tell you some ways to a activate Endorphins naturally. Activities like walking, regular exercise, massage, dancing, and eating can activate these hormones.

Don't forget to book now for September on for this is the earliest availability at this time. Also, the calendar takes appointments in Eastern Standard time so please remember to arrive an hour before that scheduled time.

My detox bath recipe:
2 cups Epsom Salt
1/2 cup baking soda
Warm to hot water
You can soak your body or feet in the mixture.
