This Saturday! Step into sacred space and awaken your inner energetic awareness.
Join us at URU Yoga Airport for Waves of Awakening—a multidimensional workshop designed to help you reconnect with your life force, release energetic and emotional blockages, and return to a state of clarity, embodiment, and sovereignty.

The evening begins with intention setting and intuitive channeling led by Nudi Maldonado, who tunes into each participant’s energetic field and offers written messages to support your healing journey. From there, we move into ecstatic dance and circular breathwork, guided by Josh Lawhorn, to awaken the body and clear the emotional and energetic layers.

In the final portion of the ceremony, Josh and Carlie Nagy co-facilitate a deeply meditative Kundalini Activation experience—an energetic transmission that invites spontaneous movement, emotional release, inner vision, and direct communion with your pranic body.

Participants often leave feeling more grounded, connected, and aligned with their truth.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, and anything you need to feel comfortable lying down. Come hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. No prior experience is necessary.

Please note: This work can be intense and may not be suitable for those with untreated or severe trauma, dissociative disorders, or certain mental health diagnoses. If you are currently navigating acute mental health challenges, please check in with your care provider before participating. It’s that feeling like:
"If I have to keep patching the holes others leave, maybe it’s better if I just never need anyone at all."
Hyper-independence isn’t weakness — it’s armor. Armor that was built to protect the softest, most beautiful parts of you.

A Sunset Ceremony of Movement, Breath & Energy Activation

Join us on the beach for a powerful and transformative evening as the sun sets and the energy rises. Waves of Awakening is a multidimensional journey through ecstatic movement, intentional breath, and Kundalini Activation practice—designed to reconnect you with your life force and your luminous inner self.

We open by setting personal intentions and receiving intuitive insight from channeler Nudi Maldonado, who offers written guidance for you to take home. From there, we move through ecstatic dance and breathwork, clearing space in the physical and energetic bodies. The journey culminates in a Kundalini Activation Energywork experience—reclined in stillness, immersed in sound, energy, and deep presence.

Expect subtle to profound shifts: spontaneous movement, somatic release, inner vision, emotional clarity, and a return to sovereignty.

We begin by warming up the body and calming the mind with ecstatic dance and Breathwork.
