Please join us in welcoming back our clinician, Sarah Maness, M.S.! Sarah recently graduated and obtained her Registered Intern status. She is available on January 27th for new clients. Please call our office at 850.250.1441 or visit our website www.mendedwingcounseling.com to schedule.

Sarah Maness is dedicated to helping others navigate life stressors and towards their best sense of self. Sarah has earned her Undergraduate degree in Social Science from The University of Arizona Global Campus in 2022, and her Master of Science in Counseling from Troy University in 2024. She is currently earning hours to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida.

Sarah is committed to providing a safe and judgment-free environment for clients to work through their unique experiences. Her professional interests include anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, grief, and stressful life changes. She has experience working with the military community, LGBTQ+, seniors, and adolescents. Sarah uses an integrated approach to counseling that is person-centered and involves various cognitive-behavioral interventions including DBT, and ACT.

Sarah welcomes individuals 12 and up seeking support, empowerment, and growth. She is currently accepting new clients for self-pay with a sliding scale option.

Both locations of The Anchor Clinic, LLC will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th, 2024, in celebration of the holiday season.

We will reopen on Thursday, December 26th, 2024, with partial staff at our downtown Pensacola office. Please note that most of our providers will not return until Monday, December 30th, 2024.

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to New Heights Counseling & Consulting, LLC for taking the time to connect with us! 💙 A few weeks ago, Dr. Kevin Groom from The Anchor Clinic and Brian Dodson from NeuroStar had the pleasure of meeting with some of your incredible staff over lunch. Although this post is a little late, the gratitude is just as strong!

Both locations of The Anchor Clinic, LLC will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, 2024, for Thanksgiving.

We will reopen on Friday, November 29th, 2024, with partial staff at our downtown Pensacola office. Our Navarre office will be open per usual this date.
