This Veterans Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who have served our country. Let’s also raise awareness about the mental health challenges many veterans face after returning home. From PTSD to depression, veterans often carry invisible wounds that need attention, support, and understanding. If you know a veteran, take a moment to check in. Let them know they’re not alone, and that support is available. There are resources out there, and together we can help create a network of care, compassion, and healing.
