Stretching your IT band religiously but it still hurts when you run? It’s not the stretch that’s the problem.

Most runners treat pain💢 like isolated issues:
→ IT band hurts = stretch IT band
→ Hip hurts = hip flexor work
→ Back hurts = core exercises

But these aren’t separate problems. They’re connected to your alignment and movement pattern.
