Strong doesn’t have an age limit 💥

If you’re hitting fatigue early or stuck at a pace ceiling, it’s likely a capacity issue, not fitness. You can’t build speed on a weak foundation.

“Stand tall” won’t fix a side lean — because it’s not a posture issue, it’s a stability issue.

When your hip can’t handle its share during stance, your trunk leans to compensate. Energy shifts sideways. Power leaks. And most runners don’t notice… because it doesn’t hurt (yet).

Quick test: stand on one leg, no support, 10 seconds.
Notice trunk drift, hip hiking, or foot gripping? The pattern is already there.

The fix isn’t a cue — it’s a connection. Big toe → glute. That’s where real stability lives.

The wall calf stretch before a run is not the warm-up your calves deserve. 😬

They’re a spring — and a static hold tells them to go to sleep right before you need them to fire.
