Here are a few simple things to keep in mind:
👉 Check yourself regularly - self‑exams during or after a warm shower can help you notice changes early
👉 Know what’s normal for you - pay attention to lumps, swelling, or changes in size or firmness
👉 Trust your instincts - if something feels different, reach out to a healthcare provider sooner rather than later

Daily life can impact testicular health, too. Pay attention to your daily habits for better testicular health. Long periods of sitting, wearing tight clothing, and heat exposure can negatively impact fertility. Try to incorporate breaks, wear comfortable clothing, and keep your pelvic area cool to protect your reproductive health.
