We are back!!!

If you had an appointment scheduled with us that was cancelled due to our office being closed from damage received by hurricane Sally, we will contact you to get it rescheduled. Please be patient with us as we have 4 weeks of patients to reschedule.

You are important to us and we thank you for choosing Dr. Timko as your oral surgeon ❤️

The Pensacola office is still currently closed due to damage that was received by Hurricane Sally. Once we are able to return to the office, we will contact each patient and try to get them rescheduled. Thank you!

Gulf Coast Facial Oral Surgery has been monitoring the situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic very closely. We continue to make every effort necessary to deal with this crisis and help protect the members of our community, state, and nation.

We will remain open during this crisis at a limited capacity to manage emergencies including facial/dental trauma, pain, and infection.

In our efforts to remain available we have increased our practice surveillance and infection control safeguards and minimized social interaction. We apologize for any delays related to these necessary and required measures.

We hope that they allow us to remain available to help in the management of these emergencies that might otherwise further overwhelm our local urgent care facilities and emergency departments whose resources are better spent in
the management of this unprecedented event.

Dear Valued Patients,

This is a challenging time and we are dedicated to doing our part to limit the spread of Coronavirus in our community.

We have decided to enact the following changes to our company polices in order to follow the CDC (Centers For Disease Control) and (ADA) American Dental Assoctiation guidelines. The decision to implement these changes has not been made lightly, and we understand that this may be an inconvience.

Gulf Coast Facial & Oral Surgery will be instituting the following protocols for our office

1. If you have ANY flu-like symtoms (even slight) such as fever, cough, nasal drainage, sneezing, or sore throat, then please call to reschedule. You can reschedule after you have been symptom free for at least 14 days.

2. If you have traveled outside the US to a high risk area, please call our office to reschedule until you have been symptom free for 14 days.

3. Community-use magazines will be removed from the waiting room until further notice.

4. No cell phone use will be permitted in ANY area of our office outside of the waiting room. Cell phones can remain in your pocket or bag during your visit.

5. We are asking that only ONE parent, guardian, or es**rt attend the appointment with our patients.

6. During the procedure, the the es**rt will be invited to wait in their car and will be called back when the patient is ready for discharge.

7. Our standard rigorous cleaning protocols will be continued and we assure you, that we are doing everything in our power to protect our patients, staff, and those in the community.
