Our Hispanic Heritage Month: Nutrition Education Class was a huge success! Thank you to Dr. Erin Mayfield for fascilitating and to Chef AJ for the inspriation from her “Unprocessed” cookbook! The class enjoyed samples of her nutrient rich black bean soup and it was delicious!
