What’s the difference between Mind Matters & Restorative Wellness?

Mind Matters 🧠 (next week):
• Focuses on understanding mental health
• Teaches coping skills and tools
• Explores thoughts, emotions, and patterns

Restorative Wellness 🌿 (this week):
• Focuses on nervous system regulation
• Encourages rest, grounding, and stillness
• Supports emotional and spiritual renewal

Both groups support mental health just in different ways.

We LOVE our partnership with the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics & continue for the 6th year to be one of their GOLD standard clinics! We also LOVE that we can add “The Pitt” to this partnership!💕

Happy season 2 premiere of The Pitt for all who celebrate!

Fun fact - NAFC Board Member Bobby Kapur, MD, MPH, CPE, FAAEM is President of Allegheny Health Network Emergency Medicine Management in Pittsburgh, and helps run the emergency department that is portrayed in the show. After winning five Emmy Awards this past fall, Noah Wyle and the cast from “The Pitt” went to AHN Allegheny General Hospital, where they filmed around the hospital for Season 2, transforming it into the “Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center” for a few days.

We are excited to see what is in store for season 2. As Dr. Kapur shares, "We appreciate the authenticity of the medicine and the depictions of the social challenges we navigate each day."

Join us this evening for Mind Matters, a FREE counseling skills group focused on supporting mental wellness through practical, real-life tools.

This group is for anyone experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, or negative thinking and wanting support in a safe, welcoming space.

Mind Matters Group Starts This Wednesday!🧠

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be hosting Mind Matters, a FREE counseling skills group focused on mental wellness, starting this Wednesday at Health & Hope Clinic.

This group is for anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, negative thinking, or simply wanting practical tools to support their mental and emotional well-being. We’ll be focusing on:
• Managing anxious thoughts
• Coping and problem-solving skills
• Emotional regulation
• Building healthier daily habits

As the new Behavioral Health Manager at Health & Hope it truly means so much to be able to create and lead spaces like this spaces that are safe, supportive, and rooted in hope and healing. 💙✨
