Capstone would like to thank the Melba Bayes Meyers Charitable Trust for their grant that will allow Capstone to offset the expense of nursing services, including medication oversight, administration, wellness checks, etc. for the children and adults we serve. These services are vital to our clients to ensure their health and well-being by addressing their unique healthcare needs, and ensuring they arrive accompanied to all medical appointments.
The Melba Bayers Meyer Charitable Trust was established to preserve Melba’s love of community and service and supports the endeavors of charitable, religious, scientific, literary, and educational organizations.
