You guys know I love finding the best protein shakes and powders, especially for those on a GLP1 journey. I recently came across , BobbyParrish a guy I’ve been following online for a while, and his protein powder caught my attention. Made with whole, clean ingredients that actually taste good! I grabbed the single-serve packets from Target to try them out – they also come in larger packs. Haven’t tried all the flavors yet, but so far, I’m loving it! 😋💪🏻

Absolutely delicious! Go ahead and kiss your significant other before making this dish 😂.
Also used my homemade chicken stock!
Garlic has several health benefits…lowers blood pressure, protects the heart, supports the immune system, reduces inflammation, lowers cancer risk, and lowers cholesterol.
I put garlic in everything and I regret nothing.

Homemade chicken stock. Saved a little money and I know exactly what’s in my stock. I think next time, instead of using a rotisserie chicken, I will use an organic whole chicken (or 3) and make it truly from scratch. Flavor is wonderful! I need a bigger stock pot though… 🫣😁 🐓🍲
