Cranberry & Goat Cheese Flatbread with Maple-Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1 flatbread or naan (about 200 g)

Β½ cup goat cheese, crumbled (60 g)

β…“ cup dried cranberries (40 g)

2 tablespoons walnuts, toasted and chopped (20 g)

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (3 g)

For the Maple-Honey Vinaigrette:

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 mL)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (15 mL)

1 tablespoon honey (15 mL)

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (5 mL)

Pinch of salt and black pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.

Top flatbread with crumbled goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts, and rosemary.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is slightly melted and edges crisp.

Meanwhile, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.

Remove flatbread from oven, drizzle with maple-honey vinaigrette, slice, and serve warm.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
