Meet Dr. Karyn Tapley — the newest physician joining East Hill Medical Group and a remarkable addition to our Aesthetic & Wellness Team! With more than 20 years of experience in aesthetics, integrative medicine, women’s health, hormone therapy, regenerative treatments, and medical ma*****na care, Dr. Tapley brings a rare blend of advanced expertise and genuine passion for patient-centered healing. She’s trained at the University of Florida, completed fellowship training in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, and even holds an MBA and MIT certification in Data Analytics & AI — all to better serve her patients with the most innovative, thoughtful care possible.

After 25 years away during her husband’s Navy career, Dr. Tapley is excited to return home to the Gulf Coast and begin serving the Pensacola community once again. With nearly 30 years of experience, Mirian combines her deep knowledge of the body with a compassionate, healing touch. She specializes in PT Myofascial Massage, helping patients manage pain and improve mobility through targeted, therapeutic techniques.
