Introducing Casy Harrington - Support Coordinator for Walton County.

I was born in San Antonio, Texas, and spent my childhood in a small town with a K-12 school. In 1995, my parents moved us to Niceville, Florida when I was in the 8th grade. It was a big change from the small town I grew up in and very difficult for me to adjust to leaving everything I had ever known, to move to a new place and start all over. Although, I still consider myself a Texas gal, I now call Florida my home and I am thankful that.

God is always one step ahead of us preparing the way. I have lived in Ponce De Leon for the past 24 years. My family and I attend Crosspoint Church where we have served for about 5 years. I don’t know what I would do without my church and church family! As a child, I faced difficult family circumstances that majorly impacted my life. However, through Christ I have overcome many personal battles and daily strive to become more like Him.

My personal battles are what led me to the work I do today, serving, supporting, and loving families. It’s my passion to educate and be an advocate for individuals and families. To support and help guide individuals and families into a place of overcoming their own battles. To help them achieve success, gain hope and strive for a better life. To prove that there are still people in this world that care and love others.

Matthew 5:16 says, In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify the Father in heaven.

My hope is that I can make a difference in the lives of those I encounter, so they will see and know the love of Christ!

Meet Leeanna one of FC Outreach's Support Coordinators for Escambia & Santa Rosa Counties.

Born and raised right here in our local community, my family spent the last 10 years moving with military orders; but we’re so thankful God brought us back home. I was called into this work through my own personal journey, and I believe in the power of hope, healing, and strength through Christ. My heart is to walk alongside families as they navigate hard seasons, believing that with faith, support, and love, we can grow through what we go through. James 1:2-4 is my life verse, and a daily reminder that God is with us every step of the way.

We are glad that Leeanna is working with our families.

Today we are spotlighting Kelsi Adams. Kelsi has been a Support Coordinator for our Family Assistance Support Team for the last year and has been and continues to have a positive impact to the families she serves.

"I am first a child of God, as well as a mother and an artist. Though God has always been present in my life, I didn’t always know how to put Him first. Still, He lovingly remained by my side, using the creative gifts He gave me to stay connected. With a background in graphic design and photography, I’ve been a professional artist since 2016, and over time, God began to reveal Himself more and more through my work—drawing me closer to His purpose.

In 2023, during a difficult time in my life, a close friend encouraged me to attend his church. I began to actively seek Him as He had been seeking me. That decision brought unexpected blessings: a new church home, supportive coworkers, and a career rooted in His calling. Today, I serve as the FC Outreach Support Coordinator for Santa Rosa County, where I am honored to serve families in His name.

Since joining FC Outreach, I’ve pursued training in Therapeutic Art, Trauma-Informed Coaching, and Christian ministry to deepen my walk with God and better support the families we serve. With His guidance and that of my work family, I’m now working toward a degree in Social Work so I can continue to grow in service and help lead others—especially those who, like me, were never shown a clear path—closer to Jesus."

Let us introduce Ailyne Gilliard, Support Coordinator; she is with our Family Assistance Support Team (FAST). She has been with us for several months serving families with great care and compassion. We are grateful and excited she chose to serve families with our organization.

Ailyne expressed, "I am excited to be part of FC Outreach. I believe God has equipped each of us with many gifts, talents, and life experiences that will make an impact in other people's lives.

Helping families in their vulnerable stage of life is our responsibility as Christians and to witness their transformation is an honor.

I Pray God continues to enlarge our organization to continue to spread hope and God's Love to many more families."

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Jay Boulton to our organization as the Family Assistance Support Team (FAST) Supervisor. Jay began his career in Child Protective Services, investigating allegations of child abuse and neglect. For over a decade, he has devoted himself to assisting local children and families in accessing intensive treatment and support services; making a lasting impact on both the community and the families he serves. We look forward to the positive impact he will have on the community and FC Outreach in his new position with us. Please help us welcome Jay to FC Outreach.
