Greater Pensacola Behavior Services (GPBS) was founded in 2014 by our Clinical Director, Samantha Hall. Samantha lived in Miami, FL, and heard that the greater Pensacola area was lacking in quality ABA service providers. When Samantha created GPBS, she created it on the premise that all children receiving services deserve dedicated and quality care. GPBS holds a belief that supervising BCBAs and BCaBAs, should be deeply involved in the therapy process. If insurance allows, supervisors usually begin cases before a technician takes over. Supervisors frequently work 1:1 with children providing services. Supervisors also attempt to max out all allowable supervision hours allowed by your insurance, so that the most skilled care is provided. All technicians at GPBS are Registered Behavior Technicians with the BACB. Currently, all our technicians hold bachelors degrees and have multi faceted experience. We accept most major insurance companies including tricare, bcbs, and medicaid.

We were so excited to show up for a milestone today for one of our kiddos first baseball games. No one in this photo even had to be asked to show up. They were all told it was happening and came to show love and support. We are lucky to have such amazing staff to cherish the incredible kiddos’ moments in their lives. We are all thankful for the opportunity to be a part of such amazing families. If your kiddo has an event, let us know so we can celebrate their big moments with you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We are currently enrolling in our early intervention program at our Milton location. Our Pensacola location is currently on a waitlist (at least 6-9 months).
Our current program at our Milton location focuses on children under 7 working with them 1:1 with a certified therapist in a dynamic and fun setting. The children follow a schedule with other kiddos throughout as they would in a pre-k setting enjoying group activities but with individualized time scheduled to work on communication, de-escalation and calming strategies, and understanding and following everyday routines. We accept Medicaid (Humana and simply), Tricare, Aetna, and BCBS. Please email contact@greaterpensacolaABA.com or call (850) 723-6570. Due to insurance requirements, there must already be an autism diagnosis in place.

Mattel and ASAN (Autistic Self-Advocacy Network) have partnered on the first-ever autistic Barbie. We are so excited to get one for each of our clinics.

We have decided to join the fun and created our own Barbies of our clinical director and one of our lead RBTS!

February 1st, the Step up for Students scholarship applications opens the 2025-26 school year!

This scholarship is SO important because

✨ IT’S FREE MONEY FOR YOU! You can use this scholarship if you are intending to homeschool your child or enroll them in private school in the 2025-26 school year.

✨you don’t have to be currently enrolled in homeschool or private education.

✨ It is not based on income

✨ This scholarship allows you to buy and pay for: therapies, educational materials, in-home tutors, extra curricular activities, classes in your community, etc!

✨ It is first come, first serve! Apply as early as you can on February 1st to qualify for the max amount of scholarship money.

✨ If you apply for the scholarship and decide NOT to homeschool or enroll in private education, NO WORRIES. You can deny the scholarship and enroll in public education at no cost or fee to you.

✨ It is better to apply and not use it, then not apply and decide to homeschool - it’ll be too late!

Monday (12/22) and Tuesday (12/23) are Pajama days!
We will be doing fun Christmas movies, crafts, and activities. If your child has allergens, please send them with special treats so that they are not left out. We will attempt to accommodate allergens as much as we can in our activities. Thank you!

We will be closed 12/24 and 12/25 and will reopen 12/26.
