An evaluation will be required to determine a baseline level (lab fees may be added in addition to your consultation so the overall cost will be determined based on the areas evaluated). We will call you to discuss the next step in your treatment once our office receives your test results. Our clinic does not file insurance and we do not file medical insurance claims, however we are able to provide you with any itemized receipts with medical billing codes so that you may submit claims on your own behalf. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards as well as Care Credit. You may elect to have your labs performed at a lab that accepts your insurance however we cannot guarantee that your labs will be covered by your insurance company. We hope this covers the information you are seeking, however a staff member will be happy to address any additional questions you may have after clinic hours.
