I’ve lost 80 pounds.
I’ve reached my goal weight.
I’ve maintained it.
But here’s the part people don’t always talk about ⬇️

In 2026, I’m shifting my focus — not to being “skinnier,” but to being stronger, healthier, and metabolically resilient.
My goal this year:
• Build skeletal muscle
• Decrease total body fat
• Optimize metabolic health
• Prepare my body for decades of strength and independence
This isn’t about aesthetics.
This isn’t about the scale.
And this definitely isn’t about chasing some unrealistic image.
This is about:
✔️ Being able to pick up my future grandchildren
✔️ Getting up off the floor in my 70s and beyond
✔️ Reducing my risk of falls, fractures, and hospitalizations
✔️ Aging with power, confidence, and capability
Skinny does not equal healthy.
Longevity requires muscle.
And muscle requires intentional work.
