What up!

Thank you for checking us out here on Facebook. We are a studio and fitness apparel boutique located at Southtowne in downtown Pensacola. Our primary class offering is a form of heated power vinyasa yoga that we call โ€œdisko flowโ€. We also offer barre fitness classes as well as express versions of our power flows, yin yoga, meditation, and more.

Heated--not hot. The warm room allows your body to warm up faster so we can get right to work stretching and strengthening. Science shows other benefits include: detoxification, boosted immune system, improved mood, advanced lung capacity, reduced risk of injury, and weight loss.

I could go on and on about the physical benefits of our classes but the primary purpose and passion of disko is mindfulness and through the practice of mindfulness, a renewed sense of joy and reduced stress. Now, I know that term can seem confusing. Try viewing it like this--- becoming aware that your mind is full and that you are not your thoughts---
