🌸 Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group 🌸

At Valerie’s House Pensacola, we understand that losing a pregnancy or an infant can feel isolating. You don’t have to face this grief alone.

Our new Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Group provides a safe, compassionate space for mothers grieving the loss of a pregnancy or infant (up to 1 year of age).

🗓 When: Third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM
📍 Where: Valerie’s House Pensacola (904 E. Gadsden St.)
💙 What to Expect: A supportive environment to share your feelings and connect with others on a similar journey. Sessions are guided by a grief professional with personal experience in infant loss.

Good Morning! I am in my most happy place of learning a new and innovative way to help my clients regulate their nervous systems!

As some of you know, about 2 weeks ago I spent a week in Sedona, AZ to deepen my understanding of Polyvagal Theory (a way to look at how our nervous system responds to information received from inside our bodies, from our environment and from interactions with others).

It was in Sedona that I (again) became curious about adding SAFE and SOUND PROTOCOL (SSP) to my tool box. I am deep in the throws of learning how to use this intervention with myself, my family and my clients. Once I'm certified I will be offering this to my clients.

I anticipate rolling out SSP by December 2024. Below is a short video on SSP. I will post more as I can. If you have questions, please ask.
