The Releaf Clinic Pensacola is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in managing the office, handling duties for upper management and helping bridge the gap between qualified medical ma*****na patients and qualified doctors. Our Administrative Assistants will assist patients from beginning to end in the process of obtaining their medical ma*****na recommendation. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The ability to multi-task, and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and well organized. Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Must be flexible with availability.
