On Sunday, I had the honor of joining Gulf Shores Fire Rescue for their Memorial Stair Climb—alongside our friends from Daphne, Mobile, and Fairhope. I shared rooftop hugs and tail wags in honor of the 343 and everyone we lost on 9/11. We climb to remember. 🇺🇸🐾

🐾 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹’𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻! 🐾

Say hello to 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹, our therapy pug-in-training! He’s been an essential member of our VITALExam Wellness Team since he was three months old. Marshal is by our side at every department we serve—easing nerves, lowering stress, and sparking smiles while first responders complete their annual exams.

More than a cute face, Marshal is the four-pawed advocate of our Mental Wellness Program—breaking the ice, opening conversations, and reminding every First Responder that emotional health is just as important as physical health!

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗴? A few minutes of canine connection drops cortisol, steadies heart rate, and lifts mood—exactly the boost our heroes deserve.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄:
✔️ Wrapping up his therapy-dog certification coursework
✔️ Making rounds at firehouses, police stations, and dispatch centers
✔️ Spotlighting mental wellness and acting as the unofficial mascot of first-responder vitality 💙🚒🚓🚑
