We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at White Smiles General Dentistry. 🦷✨

We’re a one-doctor practice in Pensacola focused on creating a patient experience that feels elevated, personal, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. White has been voted Best Dentist in Pensacola for a reason — care and connection matter here.

This is a part-time, in-office position (24–30 hours/week) with competitive pay ($38–$43/hr), PTO, dental insurance, and professional development support.

We’re looking for a Florida-licensed RDH who is confident in scaling and periodontal treatment, proficient with FMX radiographs, and passionate about patient education. A strong communicator who values teamwork and takes pride in delivering thorough, thoughtful care will thrive in this environment. Local anesthesia certification preferred.
