Good evening everyone! As I continue to work on the family tree, I have found interesting information and facts about our family members. One of the greatest things to find is that our family members supported our country in service through one of the military branches or coast guard. There has been representation in every war or operation in our country’s history.

I would like to be sure that I have everyone represented appropriately ….. if you know of a family member who has served or if you have served, please be sure to comment on the post. Doing some research on our family…. It’s a puzzle that is always growing and never always put together ….. but came across this beauty for Granny and Grandpa’s 50th anniversary…. Such a treasure to have and an example for all of us to strive for.

Thought I would pass this on for any that may be interested!

Come share some old memories and make some new ones! We’re picking up where we left off last year when Covid struck and put everything on hold. Now it’s time to dust off the games, fire up the grill and put on the smiles. We’ll announce all the fun stuff in the coming weeks and hopefully get all of our volunteers back on track. Everyone,

It has never been my intention to use the family page or my personal page for drama. I stay away from it as much as possible, but it has come to my attention that a go fund me page has been started up for Joe’s funeral expenses. It was originally started by one individual and was reported. It has since been reorganized with another individual and again it was reported. I have personally contacted those that I know who have donated as the funds for Joe’s funeral has been paid. I personally have made payment arrangements for the funeral and the funeral has been paid in full. Through this process, although posts have been made contrarily, Amber and I have made the upmost effort to include everyone that Joe loved in his arrangements, services and his wishes. We are also understanding that there will be a separate service held. This is not what Joe wanted. He wanted his family to celebrate him as he loved as all in our special and unique individual way. We will continue to hold his service at Harris Funeral Home as was arranged and agreed upon. We ask prayerfully that the drama not be fed into and pursued, it does not honor Joe at all.

Joe’s obituary has been published.

Joseph Dean Hadley, age 53, of Live Oak, FL, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, FL following a brief illness. He was born on April 14, 1968 in Pensacola, FL to Ruby Lee and Walter Washington Hadley. He attended LaBelle High

Everyone,

With all of the things to be handled in the last 24 to 48 hours I have not updated the page on Joe’s condition. Joe passed away August 31. We have made arrangements as a family to do a celebration of life on September the 18th at 11:00 a.m. at Harris Funeral Home in Live Oak, Florida where he lived. The obituary has not been published as of yet, but should be done sometime today. I will post here once available. Please continue to keep Denise, Amber, Donna and A. J in prayers in the coming days as well as the rest of the family as this is a huge loss to our family.

Latest update from Amber on Joe: Just spoke with nurse. They still have him sedated but have talked about paralyzing his lungs so that he can truly rest them and hope to help with the oxygen. They did dialysis today and was able to get about a little over 1 liter off but they are going to look into if he’s candidate to do 24/7 dialysis so that it’s pulling fluid little at a time all day. Still very critical and need lots of prayers

This is an update from Amber, Joe’s daughter: Currently dad is in ICU. This morning his oxygen dropped and they were able to get him back comfortable but he continued to have a hard time breathing. He requested to be put on a ventilator. Doctor said that had he not, he probably would have ended up in cardiac arrest. They are working to get him stabilized as he is sedated. They will have him laying on stomach at times in hopefully help his lungs. His lungs ae showing worse on this x-ray. His white blood count has spiked so they are starting him on antibiotics again. At this moment, they have stopped dialysis until they can get him stable and better.

Do you believe in God-Winks? Well I certainly do. A new friend of this page reminded me about Mr. Aaron Hadley. Several months ago my neighbor gave me a picture of a large beautiful family. If I wrote down their names, I couldn't find them. So after I posted the Aaron Hadley story I saw this picture was just there... so I picked it up and tried on another group to find out who the family is. Hadley family members have confirmed that this is Walter and Serena Hadley and their 13 children: in no order, Hazie, Walter, Cornelia, Lena, Aaron, Clay, Quincy, Fred, Sarah, Thomas, Zena, Vinnia, Sena Mae. I am not sure which family member I was suppose to put this in their hands... but I have done my part. Don't you just love God-Winks.
