My 18 years of bodywork background includes Medical & Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal & Post- partem Massage and Thai Yoga Bodywork.
I specialize in an eclectic blend of massage therapy that combines deep tissue with Thai Yoga Bodywork…and everything in between. I do my very best at accommodating the needs of all my clients, carefully tailoring each session to meet their individual needs.
Wellness has a lot of parts and pieces. I can help you pull all those pieces together so that you can start living your best life...and understand that you are the beautiful creator of your own future. The love and passion I have for massage and the world of holistic wellness constantly encourages me to find new ways of helping my clients find balance, healing and enrichment in their lives.
