class description:
Chair Yoga is an accessible style of yoga practice sitting in a chair and/or using a chair for support.
This practice makes yoga available to every body, especially those who may have mobility or balance concerns, or anyone seeking a safe way to stretch, strengthen and relax.
Through mindful movement and breath work, chair yoga can improve flexibility, circulation, posture and focus while reducing stress and tension.
It is a welcoming practice for all ages and abilities.

Monday January 19 at 12 pm
$10 per child with $5 siblings add on

Denise has spent the last 34 years teaching special education and holds a masters degree in Physical and Adapted Physical Education.
She is a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who creates fun, welcoming yoga classes for children ages 4–10, with beginners always welcome.
Through playful poses, stories, games, music and calming breaths, her classes help kids build strength, confidence, and focus in a supportive, inclusive environment where every child can feel successful and have fun.
