Chair Yoga is an accessible style of yoga practice sitting in a chair and/or using a chair for support.
This practice makes yoga available to every body, especially those who may have mobility or balance concerns, or anyone seeking a safe way to stretch, strengthen and relax.
Through mindful movement and breath work, chair yoga can improve flexibility, circulation, posture and focus while reducing stress and tension.
It is a welcoming practice for all ages and abilities.
