I have so many clients that have "tech neck"! What is that? We look downwards at our computers and cell phones all day! This causes tension in the upper back and neck. The advise to get up and walk around every hour is incomplete. My suggestion is to get up , move every hour for minimum of 5 minutes. It does not take long to do a little: 1. side to side lung stretch for the hips and legs,
2. bring each arm across the body one at a time 3. each arm overhead into a side bend stretch 4. stretch both arms out to the side laterally, look up and slight back bend. 5. Gently, take each ear to the shoulder, look right look left, look down look up . HOLD each position for as long as it feels good!
