You can now book a Manual Lymphatic Drainage aka MLD session with me! It’s a modality that is radically different than a Swedish or deep tissue. It’s one of those super light touch massages…one that is kind of hard to believe that it could do anything.

Especially in a capitalistic society where more is more…we must treat our bodies the same right? Well what if I told you less is sometimes more? Sometimes we’ve got to encourage the body to do its thing instead of forcing it.

When I did my training I had never received MLD before. I was blown away at how nurturing it feels. I have autoimmune issues and inflammation is a thing for me, so learning how to become in tune with the lymphatic system was very exciting!

Excited to provide this modality to those who need it 🖤✨

Hey y’all. I’m getting my website updated, adding Manual Lymphatic Drainage to the menu soon, and will be doing a raffle (or 2) for free 60 min session at WELLFEST this Saturday! I’ll be slinging some free chair massage and just hanging out and soaking up all the good vibes.
