Yoga is a Holistic art, way of living, which includes physical practice, breath, awareness, yoga philosophy, attitude toward yourself/self care, attitude towards other people and other living things, connection with self and others;

Yoga in not only WHAT you do, but also How you do things on daily basis - are you here and now, are you truly Living and being present in what you're doing..?

Our nervous system and the muscles hold way more tension that we are aware of.

Stillness is often the best way to feel it, to recognize it and to dissolve it.

In every asana find the balance between effort and relaxation, try and elease all unnecessary tension, especially in challenging yoga poses.

Do you tend to see the glass as half empty or half full? πŸ₯ƒ

✨️ Positive thinking is something we need to practice on daily basis.

Here some ideas and tips you can use:

~ Focus on the good things. Perceive challenging situations and obstacles as life lessons or something that makes you stronger
~ Practice gratitude every morning or/and evening, create a gratitude hournal
~ Spend more time with positive people ~ Spend more time playing with a pet
~ Attend fun events, watch comedies, fun TV shows
~ Make a list of things you proud of in your life, in yourself
~ Practice positive affirmations or guided meditations
~ Let go of the past, focus on the present, get inspired by the future
~ Create realistic goals
~ Read an inspiring books
~ Remind yourself of your blessings
~ Use more positive words, rewire your brain to a more positive language
~ Try to avoid excuses and say 'yes' to more things that are reasonable and healthy for your body and your mind, allow yourself to try, get new experiences, expand and grow.

Hi!

My name is Elena. I am Certified YOGA teacher, Health Advisor and Nutrition Therapist.

Yoga and Health were my passion since childhood. Another big passion I have is Raw Vegan kitchen.

My YOGA Certification:
